Hello World! I'm Amanda.

For those who don't know me, I am a huge geek. I love going to different geeky events and conventions where ever and when ever I can. I am also a writer, currently working on a trilogy book series and hoping to have the first book published some time in 2021. During my down time, you can find me with my family. My partner Braden and I have two beautiful daughters named Amy and Chloe (you can find quite a bit of photos of them in my portfolio). Braden also works as my secondary photographer when needed. We've been best friends since high school, and romantic partners since 2017. The three of them can drive me crazy sometimes, but they are my world.

When it comes to art, I love it all. From music and dance, to drawing and writing. Even as a child I have always taken great pride in doing my best for it all. In my teens I fell in love with Photography and never looked back.

I am mostly self-taught, and have always been told I have a great eye and natural talent when it comes to my photos. I do have some formal education and training as part of the "New Media and Publication Design" program at Heritage College (2008-2012). I have been working as a Freelance Photographer in Ottawa and Gatineau areas since 2010.
